Between 6-8 February 2019, the Australasian Housing Researchers’ Conference (AHRC) was held at the University of Adelaide, bringing academics and policy makers together from the region and beyond to discuss the challenges of unaffordable and inadequate housing.
Research Associate Dr Christen Cornell attended the conference, delivering papers on the Incubator’s recent work and on the associated research project ‘Housing, health and climate change’. This image above is by Dr Pranita Shrestha, and is part of this latter research project’s goal to visualise examples of informal housing without further exposing already vulnerable residents (i.e. by taking photographs).
